Day 2 and our first field trip was a visit to Lesage.  The lovely Marilyn, Press Attache for Chanel was our tour guide, navigating the winding small workrooms on the top two floors of the historic Lesage ateliers. The entire 60,000 collection of samples was at our fingertips. Students wanted to compare the beading and colors of the 80’s to that of the 20’s and within mere seconds we are breathing on the intricate beaded floral and geometric pieces. Current couturiers and other international designers reference the historic samples for collection inspiration.

LOVING all of the belts.  Another one of my favorite accessories.  Belt anything from an oversized tee shirt or chunky knit to a sexy LBD.   Perfect for showing off your shape and adding that little extra to complete your look.
